simply no complains at all, fantastic stay. fairly clean hotel with gorgeous location in bellagio very close to bellagio city center and the lake and bus stop. amazing and tasty food for breakfast.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room had central heating, multi-channel TV, and an iron. the continental breakfast was tasty. the staff was obliging and very helpful. the hotel's location was fantastic, right in Bellagio township.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at ease and were always ready to help. The location was also great, with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains surrounding it. We loved sitting in the garden and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. One more advantage was that the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The snacks offered were a bit unclear. Although we had food a couple of times, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for it.

The location of this B&B is a great advantage as it is conveniently close to a bus stop which takes you to town in no time. the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast menu is top-quality. the views of the lake and mountains from the terrace and garden are mesmerizing. the staff is very kind and helpful and they make you feel at home with a warm welcome drink and a farewell gift. the parking facility is a bonus for those who drive.
Getting into town may be challenging for those who prefer walking as the pedestrian space is limited on the road.
